Saint-Siméon farm, Honfleur

Impressionism, locations where the ‘impressionists’ did paint:

Saint-Siméon farm

Honfleur

a painters’ colony

Introduction:
The Saint-Siméon farm is famous, because Jongkind, Boudin, Cals, Monet and many other artists often stayed and painted her. You could say it was a painters’ colony. It lies at the west part of Honfleur, which lies just south of Le Havre and of the estuary of the Seine and along the Normandy coast.
