Which paintings did Vignon exhibit in 1881?
On this page you will find an accounted impression of the 15 paintings that Victor Vignon exhibited at the 6th ‘impressionist’ exposition in 1881 (catalogue numbers 151-165). Vignon exhibited many works made in the Aisne region, where he was born and works made in the surroundings of Bougival, west of Paris. I will render the pictures more thematically, see also the thematical overview and the topographical overview. Note: If you double click on the first (of a cluster of) pictures and then click on full screen, you can create a slideshow. Enjoy!

Explication:
Sometimes I render more than one option. I will also indicate if a work is an option for another (solo) exhibition or auction sale. My suggestions are mostly based on title, theme and sometimes the date. Most suggestions are more or less uncertain (=? / =?? / =???), sometimes the suggestions are sure (=) or almost sure (=!?). Several works are interchangeable, see also the thematical overview and the topographical overview. See for more info the account. See link for info on the subscriptions. For info on the used sources see at the bottom of the main page about Vignon.
