Impressionism, a historical reconstruction:

Jean-François Raffaëlli

(1850-1924)

at the Salon and other exhibitions

An impression of his exhibited art-works

Which art-works did Raffaëlli exhibit at the Salon?
On this page you will see an impression of the art-works that Jean-François Raffaëlli exhibited at the Salon (=S) from 1870-79, at its successor the Salon de la Société des Artistes Français (=SdAF) from 1882-89 and at the alternative of the SdAF, the Salon de la Société National des Beaux-Arts (=SNBA) 1891 onwards; especially the coloured etchings. And also of the works exhibited at his solo-exhibition in 1884 (=se1884-x). Indirectly you will find works that he exhibited with Les Vingts in 1885 (=XX1885) and at the Expositions Universelle of 1889 + 1900 (=EU). Note: he exhibited also at other exhibitions. My goal is to give an overall impression of the works that Raffaëlli did make and exhibit. At the bottom of this page you will find the sculptures he exhibited. See the link for an account. See link for an explanation of the subscriptions. See for the used sources at the bottom of the main page about Jean-François Raffaëlli. I render the pictures per format and partly per theme. Note: If you double click on the first (of a cluster of) pictures and then click on full screen, you can create a slideshow. On a smartphone or laptop you can also zoom in. Enjoy!
