Intro:
On this page you will an overview of about 165 pictures of Berthe Morisot that are used on this website. The emphasize is on the works shown at the ‘impressionist’ expositions (in 1874, 1876, 1877, 1880, 1881, 1882 and 1886), at the Salon and at the retrospective in 1896. First you will find the oil paintings, than the watercolours, the fans, the pastels, the drawings, the engravings and than her sculptures. Per technique the works will be shown in a chronological order.
Mostly there will be referred to the first Catalogue Raisonné of Bataille and Wildenstein of 1860 (=BW=1CR=CR=R100); see online version at WPI (=iR181). Additionally there will be refered to the second Catalogue Raisonné of Clairet, Rouart & Montlant of 1997 (=CRM=2CR=R186). You can find the number after the ‘CR’ code. Here below you will find many paintings of Berthe Morisot. Bataille and Wildenstein listed in 1960 416 oil paintings (R100;R42,p80).

Clairet, Rouart & Montlant added in 1997 more (R186).
