Which techniques or media were used at the 3rd ‘impressionist’ exposition in 1877? Here below you will find an overview. You will see that most of the art-works (82,7%) were oil paintings (=oil). Many aquarelles (=aqua) were shown (9,2%). Just 1,2% of the art-works exhibited were pastels (=p), 0,8% were drawings (=dr), 2,4% engravings (=engr) and 3,6% is classified as other techniques (=var).
